As an experienced Master Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500) and practitioner for now 20 years, I have taught more than 10,000 yoga classes in the last decade ranging from regular group classes, over thousands of private one-on-one sessions, to Yoga Immersions and Teacher Trainings. My students are of various backgrounds and ages, from beginners to experienced practitioners, as well as fellow yoga teachers.

In my heart lives the yogic philosophy that is the foundation of all of my teachings.

Next level yoga is the natural evolution of my 20 years through researching and teaching people about posture, movement, and yoga. It is best suited for individuals who realize that exercising alone is not going to allow us to live a pain-free, healthy, and balanced life we’re looking for.

At the core of my yoga philosophy is a personal journey to one Self – getting to know yourself deeply and truthfully – your body, your mind, and your soul. Leading to living the life we want for ourselves with full responsibility for every choice we make.

The ancient practice of Yoga embodies the transformational power of a practice that can create lasting, sustainable change in body, mind, and Spirit. However, we need to understand that there is a lot more involvement than copying postures on a yoga mat the best way we know how.

Next Level Yoga is a FUSION of:

  • The fundamentals of Yoga / The essence of Yoga Asanas
  • Modern principles of Rehabilitation and Prevention of musculoskeletal conditions
  • Postural movement and body awareness training
  • Athletic sports conditioning
  • A deeper dialogue with our emotional and spiritual layers striving to live life in tune with our Higher Self

I have designed this training for individuals who are ready to take responsibility for their health and wellbeing, are at a place in their lives where this awareness takes priority, and have the desire to learn, study, and reach for a new level of personal growth.

Our work will affect every aspect of your life and includes:

  • A thorough evaluation of where you are at the start of our work
  • TEACHING sessions to make you understand the WHY and the HOW of our training
  • TRAINING sessions to REtrain old movement and postural patterns into a updated version
  • Yoga, Meditation, and body awareness exercises
  • Homework for you to diligently and consistently work on

This is the first step to affecting real and lasting change.

I customize any teaching to the needs of a specific individual or a small private group, and can offer them either in my studio in Marietta, or at any appropriate venue of your choice as well as remotely via online meetings.

In my personal next level yoga sessions I awaken my clients to their true nature as beings in movement, raising their awareness to the exhilaration of flowing through life more easily and gracefully.
