After 20 years of working in the fitness and health industry, in my two main fields of therapeutic and athletic training as well as my role of being a Master Yoga Teacher teaching other Yoga Teachers, I feel genuinely qualified and prepared to answer many of your questions. I will explain to you what to look for and help you ask better questions on your quest to a better lifestyle.

Together we will strive toward understanding by shining a light through the confusion to clarify your path. I will challenge the way you look at your situation. This change of view often has an immense eye-opening effect. I have seen this many times happen to my clients and students. In fact, this has always been a big part of my work.
