Yoga is often portrayed as the “fix-all-solution” for all kinds of physical ailments and conditions. In today’s episode, I am answering a question of an athlete who is considering Yoga, but really only wants some “hard-core exercises for posture & core strength”. This was a wonderful question that gave me the opportunity to dispell some myths and help you think about what Yoga can offer you in that regard from a deeper perspective. Understanding why it is a little more complex than just picking the “5 best exercises for core/posture”, is key to leveling up your Yoga practice and also the reason why so many are stuck in their practice.
